33.29 Git Project Add Issue

Within the repo locally list all the issues:

gh issue list
gh issue list --json number -q '.[].number'

List the projects:

gh project list

Add issue to project 1 of user kayon (default is backlog):

gh project item-add 1 --owner kayon --url https://github.com/kayon/mumod/issues/42

Add all issues to the project:

for issue in $(gh issue list --json number -q '.[].number'); do
    gh project item-add 1 --owner mlhubber --url https://github.com/mlhubber/mlmodels/issues/$issue
done

You may need a mixture of the following too for authentication, but you’ll be prompted as required.

gh auth login
gh auth refresh -s read:project
gh auth refresh -s project
